TARA Health Solutions was established by Caroline Cousins who has has had a varied career encompassing surveying and human resources management. In recent years Caroline has worked as an independent human resources consultant specialising in employment relations and, more recently, stress management, and gained her chartered full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She also successfully completed a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management in 2001, particularly focussing on organisational psychology before moving more into specialising in the stress management field.

Caroline has since gained a Diploma in Professional Hypnotherapy (distinction), a Diploma in Smoking Cessation, an Advanced Diploma in Professional Stress Management (distinction), the General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice issued by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and completed her certification training in transpersonal therapeutic processes to become a transpersonal hypnotherapist/NLP practitioner, with internationally renowned and respected Jack Elias, from the American Institute of Transpersonal Hypnotherapy/NLP. Caroline is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is committed to her ongoing professional development. She is also fully trained and accredited as a Reflexology Practitioner and has been a full member (MAR) of the Association of Reflexologists for over 10 years.

Caroline is also Chair of the Association for Transpersonal Hypnotherapy (an approved association within the GHSC), a co-editor of the successful Hypnotherapy Articles website, and a full member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and abides by their Code of Ethics at all times. She has also recently become a tutor of hypnotherapy for the College of Integrated Therapies and is a member of the New Forest Business Partnership.
