What happens when I go for treatment?
Smoking cessation is successful only when the individual is highly motivated to stop.
At the first treatment, Caroline will seek information from you as to how you started smoking together with details of when you smoke, what you get out of it and what motivates you to stop. Sometimes, further exploration of issues may take place, but in the majority of cases, treatment can then begin immediately.
You will experience a relaxing and pleasurable hypnotherapy session as Caroline will guide you and your subconscious mind to stop the desire to smoke.
Once the session has concluded, you will be given a STOP SMOKING NOW CD which you will need to listen to every day for a minimum of 2 weeks following the session. This will reinforce the changes made at the session.
Hypnotherapy is completely safe, you are in complete control at all times and you cannot be made to do anything against your will, your ethics, your morals or your beliefs.
Please note, there is no increased fee as a result of having hypnotherapy to quit smoking.
